Hi all,

continuing troubles with win2k setup.. user is not very computer savvy...

I tried to help over the phone, mouse stopped working.  I had her try to
boot up to safe mode, but haven't heard back yet... best option I can think
of now is to restore to a previous condition.. but not sure how to do that
in win2k.  Is it even possible?

thanks,
niteowl

If you have on hand a recent registry or system state backup you can restore
the hives from within the recovery console.
