Stop shutdown countdown

is there a command to stop the shutdown in 2000 machines from happening like
the one you can you use in xp (shutdown -a)?

You can download shutdown.exe & stop the shutdown from happening remotely.

Download shutdown.exe from this location & it also has more info on remotely
stopping machine shutdown
