Please some one tell me how to allow communications to pass through port 3389
in ISA Server 2000.
Also how should I create a protocol definition and how should I create a
rule to access through VPN?

While there are many here that could assist with this, you
would be better off posting to the Isa Server newsgroups
either microsoft.public.isaserver or one of the
microsoft.public.isa.* newsgroups
as these are specific to your topics.
