Event Viewer Errors

Machine running Win2000 Pro with 95mb ram.
Events Viewer shows three errors in the Application log-----

(1)  Unable to read IO control information from NBTdevice--Source
     perfctrs   Event ID 3101

(2) WMI ADAP was unable to load the winspool drv performance library due
to unknown problems within the library 0 X 0 Event ID 37

(3) WMI ADAP was unable to load the perfproc.dll performance library due
to unknown problems within the library 0 X 0 Event ID 37
