Hello playa-cal,
If you use 2000 or XP,try this one. Stop Automatic update service, delete
or rename the C:\winnt\softwaredistribution folder, start the Automatic update
service and run the update again. The folder will be recreated.

Hello dan,
Don't know whaat file are you talking about. Better create your own posting
with Operating system and SP to the group where it belongs to. Just to jump
in one post, is not a good idea. If you are also talk about the patch the
OP right about, download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=021e12f5
