I have 4gig RAM, but VS says 3?

Is there a reason for this?
I have 4gig RAM in this machine.
VS "Physical Computer Properties" says:
"Total physical memory: 3071"

Nevermind... it's because the underlying OS is only seeing 3gig... gotta
figure that one out first. ;)

    You may need to put the /PAE option in your boot.ini to get the os to
recognize it.

I've seen this issue on a failing power supply -or- a system that needs a
beefier power supply.
