Hi,

Two questions

Is the SMS2003 Site Database Server Role supported on a x64 server OS
Can the SMS2003 Site Database reside on a 64-bit SQL 2005

we implement the Site DB role on a dedicated Windows Server 2008 x64 cluster
with SQL2005 x64 without any problems. Site Server itselv is implemented on
WS08 x86.

SMS 2003's database  is not supported on a cluster and I have never see it
work correctly because the SMS 2003 service is not cluster aware, however
ConfigMgr is cluster aware and it does work.

Remember that SMS 2003 and ConfigMgr are 32 bit applications and will run in
WOW mode on a 64bit server.
