It is no longer available there, is there another reason why I can't find it

Sorry, Garth, but I tried 2 different browsers on 2 different networks and
got the same issue, are you sure you downloaded it, or just went to the page?

Yup it on the right side. Click the "Go" button next to the Select Language
drop down box.

I'm using IE6 and even a totally different Wi Fi browser and I don't see any
"Go" button next to Select Language and I'm still getting the loop.  What
browser are you using?

I have confirmed this is an issue with IE 6. I have asked the System Center
team to looking into this. I don't know how long it will take to fix this.
