install query with veritas on sbs2003

Hi

I am trying to install veritas 9.1 on SBS 2003, during the
install the software asks wether to create a new default
MSDE instance for bkexec or use the exsisting ones of
Sharepoint or SBSmonitoring

Please can anyone advise which option is best and won't
break sbs2003.
