Maybe the wrong group but normally post and receive
answers here on my SBS2k issues.
What i have is a user who is looking to achieve the
following.

We created a template for this user in Word2k which she
sends to other company members. She basically wants to
send the word document with tasks on it assigned to
several users.

E.g.

Task1 - Create new orders (John)
Task2 - Call for Prices (Jim)
etc...etc.

When Brian or Jim receive this document via e-mail and
open the afforementioned word document then double click
their name the task will be assigned to their task list in
Outlook.
Is this possible?

if it's an outlook task why doesn't she just create the task and assign it
to them?

It's a word document that is posted to numerous users.
Each user basicaly gets to read the document and then they
can all see who is assigned what task. If that makes sense.

Does anyone know of a quick way this can be done?

Cheers
