upgrading to enterpraise

hi would like to know if it is possable to upgrade sbs to
the enterpraise version and to migrate the user licenses
with it would like to get som clearence on this.

You can purchase the Migration pack which essentially breaks all the
restrictions/limitations of SBS, but you still only wind up with Standard
Version not Enterprise

And CALs do not carry forward, you would have to purchase all new cals

Otherwise purchase the Server version you want, make it a DC, transfer any
data, then shut down SBS and seize the FSMO roles to the new server
