Step-by-step to setup SUS?

Is there a step-by-step guide somewhere that I can use to ensure I've setup SUS correctly?

It's not working, and I'm sure I've done a lot wrong or not some some things for it to not work correctly.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/sus/default.mspx. Look
in the grey "more information" frame on the right - I'd read the FAQ, both
white papers, and the documentation that goes along with the administrative
template. It seems like a lot but it's not really.
