I am in the setup stages of the Upgrade, and it does the check of the
system.  I am logged in as the administrator, but when it checks it won't
let me go ahead because it says that "You must be a member of the Domain
Admins; Schema Admins and Enterprise Admins groups"

I checked the account and sure enough I am a member of these groups.  I
tried creating another admin account with group memberships in these groups,
but when I try to run the setup again it tells me you have to be logged in
as the administrator.

Any ideas???

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, turns out you have to be logged in as Administrator with a
capital A, not administrator.  Strange...

Any ideas why that is?

Nevermind.  It worked when I changed it and then after Windows 2003 loaded
it gave me the same error again telling me that I am not a member of the
Domain Admins etc...  Any advice???  I am desperate!!!

Nevermind, turned out to be a time sync error between my other domain
controller and the SBS box, fixed that.
