I have a SBS2k box with windows 2000 clients internally and externally.
I have had no real problems to date with OWA until now.
All of our external staff can access OWA and browse through their inbox but
as soon as they try to open one of the e-mails it comes up with "Page cannot
be displayed" in a new window.
It is doing it to all of our remote clients now and im struggling to see
what is the cause of the issue.
Just to add to the issue, all the mails that cannot be opened in the users
OWA can be opened internally with Outlook.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I'd look at your URLScan settings first - if you have text in your messages
that is on the URLScan block list, the messages will act normally in Outlook
but fail to display using OWA.  See this article, or search
support.microsoft.com for articles addressing URLScan and Exchange (search
for those two words in titles).
