We are wanting to add a W2003 standard edition server to be backup DC/File
server to our existing SBS2k enviorment. I cannot find any whitepapers on
doing this in my searches. Can anyone direct me to some reference
information on this?

What you want to know?

BTW->
If you have more than 5 CALs... I suggest you upgrade to SBS2k3. If you use
SBS2k + Win2k3 you will need to get Win2k3 CALs for the member server... if
you use SBS2k3 you don't. Plus SBS2k3 is really cool!
