Our company has about 15 staff members that all use outlooks calendar.
We wish to be able to look at one Calendar that shows everybody's
whereabouts and activities on a specific day/time.

I know there are a few about but has anybody used a system that ties into
outlook/exchange and does this well?

Ideally it would also allow for reporting.

Three suggestions:  a public folder calendar is simple and free (but may not
provide all the functionality you're looking for).  Secondly, if you have or
are planning to get Outlook 2003, it has a built in multi-user calendar
viewer that is supposed to be excellent, providing much of the functionality
that previously required a 3rd party program.  Third, if you need a third
party program, you can get good recommendations at www.slipstick.com.
