I have recently installed a win2k SBS server but find that
the client PC's do not connect to the internet.

I thought it was simply a case of installing the server
and then connecting the pc's to the server in the internet
options of the client pc.
I thought all i had to do was point the LAN settings to
<Myserver> and the port number to 8080.
What am i doing wrong i can't seem to access the Internet
from a client PC even when i am logged on as the network
Admin which by the way has InternetBackoffice permissions
allowed.

My network configuration is set as follows.
BB Modem direwctly to  Server on one NIC
On the other i have a standard Server > Switch > Clients
configuration.

Any help appreciated.

Is the Firewall Client installed on the workstations? Does it point to your
servername and is autodiscovery turned off?
Check the IE-settings on the clients, proxy, does that point to your
servername or -IP and port 8080?
Does the ipconfig/all on the clients show that everything is pointing to the
server-IP? Are the users member of the Backoffice Internet Group?
