If you have a firewall, this info may be found in the logs
there, what you have will be dependant on settings.
The server itself won't record this info, but it _will_ be
in the Users' browser history of course...if you don't, or
can't, have access to view at the PC(s) in question, a
clue will be found at :
\\<User's PCs NETBiosName>\c$\Documents and
Settings\<Username>\Cookies
which you can view from your own PC.
Other than that, you are looking at a third-party product.

Not True,
IF ISA server has been installed (as it is nomrally installed by default you
can find text log files (7 days worth in C:\Program Files\Microsoft ISA
Server\ISALogs)
the webextd?????.log indicates sites visited via proxy web browsing while
the fwsextd????.log includes activity via the firewall client such as msn
messange news groups and site visited via browser not configured for proxy.
the ???? are the date of the log files and be awarre that the time stamp is
gmt so add the number of hours for your time zone.
