Windows Server Forum / Small Business Server / SBS 2000 / November 2003vonage behind isa
I ordered a system from www.vonage.com It works great as far as the voice quality, etc. but I can't for the life of me get it to connect behind ISA. I have been told by tech support that it uses ports 69, 123, 5060-5063, and optionaly 10,000-20,000 if the voice quailty is poor. All UDP Send and Receive. I created a protocol definition and then created the rules for this. Still can't connect. Does anyone have any experience with this? SBS2K3 with ISA 2 nics. cable modem public ip on the wan adapter. Vonage will not work behind ISA period. It uses a "SIP" protocol which is not supported by ISA 2000. According to MS support the ISA 2004 will support SIP.
