I get an error in the application log stating:
"Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your
computer network. Return value (59)".

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

It just recently started doing this.

Is this on a client?
How many nics in the server? Got DNS and DHCP installed? Got W9x, ME or
NT4-clients (than you would need WINS as well)?
