Imagine this...

1. Running SBS 2000
2. AV deployed on the server at Exchange level - so virus
attachments are quarantined before they get to the
  client's mailbox
3. A mailbox gets populated everyday with clean virus-free
  attachments
4. Client fires up Outlook client, and he can't be bothered
to save each file in turn to his HDD..you are talking
about 20 emails a day, with 4 attachments in each email
which equals 400 attachments a week!
5. These attachments are special files with .adz, .rdx
  etc.. extensions
6. Client wants a program to allow him to select emails/
subfolder in his Inbox and extract all attachments onto
  a folder on C:\

Is there a 3-rd party Outlook 2000 add-on to filter out
the attachments in InBox on the client to a folder on
their C:\ drive??

Thanks,

skc

Get a VB/VBA Programmer to write one for you.
Shouldn't take long at all if that is an accurate Spec.

I'd rather not...

There was a 3rd party add-on software which someone
suggested about 9 months ago.

Any clues????

Your welcome!  Could have been anybody, that site is a goldmine for
Outlook/Exchange resources.  I just ordered Sue Mosher's OL/Exch programming
book, hoping it will help me solve a few issues on my own...
