I have several users who like to recieve their email on their laptops as
well as there workstation.  So we have it set up that they receive their
Exchange on their workstation and then use POP3 to connect to exchange on
the laptop.  So I have it set up to keep all messages on the server when
receiving email using the POP3 connector.  This has been working fine until
I upgraded Exchange to the 'POST SP3 UPDATE'.  Now my POP3 user receives the
message "task send / receiving report error 0x80042104 'Your email server
does not have the features required to allow messages to be left on the
server'"  Does anyone know if there is an option that I need to change back
to allow this again?

Switch to IMAP instead. It's designed for this scenario, and is more
flexible than POP3 - the users can actually have stuff other than in
their inbox and still get to it "offline"...
