I have trend and it is working great (the old sbs version). It is catching
the so_big virus and delteing the attachments. I am getting hundreds of
these a day though and the clients are not happy. Is there a way to prevent
anything from reaching the client computer? Now the e-mail gets through, but
the attachment is removed? I want the entire e-mail to not get through.
Thanks

The std Trend SBS solution does not provide for blocking of the actual
email.
Trend does offer a Scanmail e-Manager module that may do this for you.
Also, take a look at the ISA Feature Pack -- I believe it might allow you
add'l control for blocking activity.

Complain to support@trendmicro.com about this.  I have, and they said
it's in the works, but the more customers complain the faster they'd
change this.
