Hi i currently have Small Business Server 2000 and i was wondering would
it be possible to upgrade exchange 2003 and would their be any issues?

Awaiting your reply.

best (easiest and least expensive) would be to go to SBS 2003.

Might want to wait though, SBS 2008 is just around the corner.

Installing Exchange 2003 on SBS 2000 _will_ break things, not exactly sure
to what extent.

You may have the software, but you can't do an inplace upgrade of the Exchange Component

If you had another server to install on, you could, but as SG points out...would break many things  AND you would have to buy Exchange 03 CALs...very costly

It's been my experience that each small business customer I have is so unique, templates haven't really worked for me
