There's no need to SHOUT.

On the server, using the Add Printer wizard.

If you want the clients to spool jobs locally and send directly to the
printer (ie no centrally administered print queue), the same would apply
to the clients - just use the Add Printer wizard and point them at the
printer.

If you'd rather have a single print queue (my usual preference), you
should share the printer from the server once it's installed there.
Depending on the manufacturer's driver, you may need to use the Additional
Drivers button to add an XP driver on the server (though that's usually
auto-installed). Then just browsing to the printer share on the server
from each client will install the driver.

Hi Deen:

Steve is too polite to mention it ( I know, as I have had the pleasure of
his company), but there is no need to SHOUT!

Just to disabuse folks of the idea that I'm polite, I did mention it... <g>

Hi Steve:

I see that now... it got lost, at least to my tired eyes, in all the clutter
of the shouting.

I still think your polite.
