I have a SBS2000 sp4 and wink23k DC with Exchange 2003 sp1 installed.  I want
to migrate the SBS 2000 domain to a new domain, move exchange to new hardware
in the new domain.

1. Will the ADMT ver3 work for SBS2000 to W23kR2 DC?
2. What problems will I have with IIS 5 and 6 by disjoining SBS2000 domain
and rejoining to new W23kR2 domain?

3. Can I move group policies with ADMT?

For the time and effort involved using ADMT, it would be quicker just
recreate the user accounts and migrate your Exchange data to PST files with
Exmerge.exe.

Do you see any problems with IIS, disjoin old domain and rejoin new domain.

How about SQL apps? with the disjoin and new domain join

If you are moving to new domain then reinstalling the Apps will be a
requirement.  SQL databases can be restored from backup file.  Otherwise you
are looking at SBS Transition Pack or look at www.sbsmigration.com.
