Actually at this point, we are not really using SQL Server on our SBS box
very much at all. I am using it as a test environment for our .NET apps that
use SQL Server (we have a separate "live" Windows 2000 SQL server box but I
do not want Shavliks patch DB on that machine) and it is also being used for
our Blackberry Enterprise Server db and that is it. So I should be good to
go really. However, I will pose the question to blackberry to make sure that
their stuff will still run on SP4.

SP4 for SQL has been out for quite a while...and I don't think you'll have any issues...remember that it will also need to update MSDE instannces
