Hello,
Thank you for your reply. However, there is something I'd would like to
understand more clearly. When I first installed the SBS 2000, not knowing
only 2 administration cals could connect to the TS, I had connected all 5 of
my users to remote access using the Terminal services in application mode,
each with it's own login and all of them connected and used there own desktop
simutaneously. Then about 3 monthes in, the remaining 3 users could not
connect. It had prompted me previously that my terminal services temporty
client license will expire in 6 days. With this, I assumed that since it was
possible to connect all 5 users once, It would just be a license issue. That
it would somehow be possible to connect them. Do you know of any way possible
to have all 5 users connect to a single server?

Yes, it's _possible_ to add TS licensing to SBS2000. It's also a really dumb
idea to run your primary business resource as a TS Apps mode server.
Got Outlook installed for each user? Outlook should not be installed on an
Exchange Server.
What permisssion level are you running those users at, on your DC?
Using ISA? Users running on your firewall is another bad idea.
As Steve suggests, running SBS in TS Apps mode was such a bad idea MS
completely blocked the possibility in SBS2003.

When you first set up a TS server, you get a grace period to set up the
necessary licensing. You didn't do so, and the grace period expired. So
now you're back to the core 2 administrative sessions. You won't get more
connected until the licensing is set up properly.
This is standard TS Server stuff that always has to be done. It's not
something SBS-related.
Running TS/Apps Mode on SBS is a really bad idea when you know what you're
doing (ie have experience with TS). As you appear to not have this
standard TS knowledge, it's even riskier.
You really should get a separate server for your TS needs, and have it set
up for you by a consultant experienced with TS.
