Can anybody help me?

i get this errors in my server everytime i take a look on the event
viewer/system:

Date:                                    Source:              Service
Control Manager
Time:                                   Catergory:          None
Type:          Error                   Event ID:            7000
User:           N/A
Computer:   Mine

Description:
The Panda ExchangeSecure service failed to start
due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.

i also get this error:
Date:                                    Source:              Service
Control Manager
Time:                                   Catergory:          None
Type:          Error                   Event ID:            7013
User:           N/A
Computer:   Mine

Description:
Logon attempt with current password failed with the following error:
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

and this:
Date:                                    Source:              Service
Control Manager
Time:                                   Catergory:          None
Type:          Error                   Event ID:            7009
User:           N/A
Computer:   Mine

Description:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Compaq Web Agent service
to connect.

and this error:

source: removable storage
event id :152
Error encountered when attempting to execute Media Label Library "BE".
The DLL could not be loaded.  Make sure the file exists and the path is
correctly noted in the registry.

Can anybody help me with an solution for this problem?

did you recently change your SBS adminstrator's password?

Thanks for the quick reply, what do mean with SBS administrator
password ( is sbs: system based server password) if it is, no, i
haven't changed it recently, is it relevant for the errors that im
getting?
