I installed Windows 2003 and icons originally were transparent, but the
desktop icons are like Windows 2000 now.  I would really like to know how to
change them back to transparent type icons.  Thanks.

Tols, Control Pannel, System, Avanced Check mark the Custom Box, and scroll
down to Use Drop Shadows for Icon Labels on the desktop.
