I've been reading through all the threads and MS documents regarding
migrating from SBS and/or NT 4 to W2K3 but I don't see much with regards to
older versions of SBS.

Specifically, I have a SBS 4.0a system that's been running since 1998 and
the client has finally decided to take the plunge and upgrade.

My question is, will the migration tools and procedures for this situation?
Are there any gotchas I need to worry about?  We have a very clean
environment, one server, local not roaming profiles, few shares and
printers.

We will be going to W2K3 on the server and Exchange 2003 for e-mail.

Thanks in advance.Reposting as I didn't see any responses from earlier post.
Sorry for duplication.

Hi Ken,

Have a look again. There are migrationpapers for SBS 4.5/4.0 to SBS 2003:
