I have SBS 2000 hosting two seperate companies/domains. A few of the users
work for both companies. They want to be able to switch being able to send
out emails using the two different email domains. I have tried to display the
"From" field and put in the Domain2 email address that is in their users
Exchange profile on the server but when we hit sent it looks like the message
went but it never goes anywhere.

User: Bob
Domain1: bob@domain1.com    SMTP Default in Exchange
Domain2: bob@domain2.net

I can make this work by making the domain email address they want to use the
default in their user settings on the server but this is not acceptable
because I would have to switch them or have them switch themselves on the
server everytime they wanted to send an email using the other email address.

How can a user send using any address listed in their exchange profile?

Thanks for any help.

Not natively, I'm afraid (although this is a frequent request). See
ChooseFrom from www.ivasoft.biz.

Without that, you're stuck with either doing what you're doing now (ick) or
creating multiple mailboxes/PFs/DLs etc & granting 'send as' rights (also
ick).

Thanks for the response. I have done some digging and did not come up with
anything more than your suggestions. I will probably just create some new
accounts. Currently there are only two users that need this capability.

Thanks again!
