With this: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF009.html you can
configure your organisation with two connectors. One connector will
accept mail for all domains from all users except one person.
The other connector will accept mail only from this one person. You
will then enter the domains to which this person is permitted to send.
Unfortunately this does not get you to a level of granularity such as
individual smtp addresses and I'm struggling to think of a way of
getting that granular.
Is letting him have 5 domains as opposed to simply 5 recipients
acceptable?

Let me give you the scenario and maybe you know of a
better way than what it is that I m thinking.
The way email is usually configured it is more appt to
block email coming in to corporate users than to block
email accounts the users can send to.
If I have a user that decides to be vindictive for some
reason, they now have the potential of sending info to
their personnel/home email account. I have no dought that
once the users personal email account is figured out it
can be blocked but by that time it is to late.
To avoid this it would be better to allow a list of email
address that the user can send to and those email accounts
only.
From a management and configuration point of view it would
be easier to allow 5 email address than to block 5 million
