We have a new windows 2003 standard server. Partition is
C:12GB D: 126GB E:126 Gb

At first I installed Jrun on C, for I think JRun will
connect with IIS which is on C. Now we have 7 GB in C. I
wonder if I should have installed Jrun on D: instead of
C:
which is mainly for operating system files.

If I install JRun on D:, can it still be connected with
IIS, not affecting much of the performance?

Thanks
