IIS and Vista - Fails

Hi I'm trying to install IIS on Vista Business, but install fails with
message: not all functions are succesfully installed. So far i didn't find
error in eventviewer nor log-file.
Anybody idea ?

Hi Hans,

If the failure is on IIS part, there should be some clues in the
installation log which is iis7.log under \Windows directory. Could you
please send the file to me for reviewing?

Sorry for delay, was out for business.
Unforteanly the system didn't create a log-file.
