FTP getting automatically disabled

Hi all,
Can anybody help me out i am into a strange situation, the FTP is
getting automatically disabled frequently. What would be the reason
friends? and what would you all suggest me in this condition .. what
can i do to over come this.. please help.

Is anything relevant being logged in the Windows Event Log? If you open the
event in question, there is a "copy" function. Please copy and paste the
relevant events.

Also, it would help if you told us what version of IIS you were using, on
what OS/Service Pack level.
