AD users cant login?

I have an ftp server IIS6 windows 2003 server sp2
where local domain users are not allowed to login.
How can I allow all local lan clients to login?

Are you using any isolation feature ?
if you connect via ftp.exe - what's the error msgs you seeing ? 530 ? or ?

error 530 user cannot login.   I set allow anon on, but that isnt allowing
logins either.  It is in isolation mode.

Have a look at the latest IIS Insider article I wrote - it talks about FTP
user isolation.

Did you setup the ftp root path for the user?
the AD attribute for msIIS-FTPRoot and FTPDir ?

also you can try filemon to trace which folder the ftp is trying to redirect
the user to...

What do you mean?

You say all Local Domain Users are not allowed to Login, so what are Local
Lan Clients?

Can you explain what a Local Lan Client is? Is this a user account on the
local machine?
