Is there tool for Exchange 2003 that can move mail to a newly created
Exchange Server for a new org at a different company.  There is network
connectivity between companies.

We are breaking off from one of our subs and there mail currently sits on
our exchange server.

Thanks,
Tyson

Simply create a SMTP Connector with address space for your new
Organization.
For eq your previous ORg had email address @yahoo.com and your new
company has @mszone.com
Hence, you would create a SMTP Connector on Exch,Server with address
space @mszone.com and smart host as your new Exchange server.
