Windows Server Forum / Exchange Server / Setup / July 2008Cannot install Exchange 2K7 SP1
I'm trying to install SP1 for Exchange 2K7 but it fails on the section for 'Unified Messaging Server Role' with the following error: This role cannot be installed because the following roles are not current: MailboxRole Any ideas? I had the exact same failure. The group recommended a reinstall over the top of my Exchange 2007 install, then try to run the SP1 upgrade. Another commented that the SP1 install went withou a glitch.
