RPC over HTTPS and OWA over HTTPS

Hi,
We have a front-end/back-end Exchange 2k3 config and are looking at external
access. Can anyone tell me what the load differences would be between using
OWA over HTTPS or RPC over HTTPS (with proxy), if any, or if the load is
split differently for the 2 protocols.

I had the same question in the past and the best doc to understand this is
here

it is around 400 pages with a lot of information and examples, It is easier
to take a look at the generic graphics and the conclusions per topic
