Change Columns in Address Book template

Hi

Anyone know if there is a way to change the columns that are displayed when
looking at exchange 2003 distribution lists when viewed with outlook 2003?
The second column by default is "Business Phone" and we'd like to replace
that with "Description".

Frequently asked question, and afaik the answer is no. Those are hard-coded.
