You can either use Outlook to set this up to automatically accept meeting
requests and reject conflicting meetings, or use the Auto Accept Agent - a
free download from ms.

The features included in the AutoAccept addin, are they built into
Exchange 2007? if not will AutoAccept be updated to support exchange 2007?

Riccardo,
In Exchange 2007, automatic booking of a resource is handled internally and
does not require an additional Auto-Accept Agent tool.
The Resource Booking Attendant enables resources, including meeting rooms or
other equipment, to be automatically managed. Resources can auto-accept
requests when available or decline and provide details explaining the
decline. Administrators can set granular policies on resources, including
available hours or scheduling permissions.
