Hi,
can someone help me? what is the best way to migrate public folders into a
new exchange organization.

Hi,

You either need to get some 3-party tools or to copy the folders to a
mailbox, export this mailbox to a pst file, import this pst file to the new
organization and then copy the folders to the public folders.
