Exchange geocluster with iSCSI

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation with regards to setting
up a remote site exchange cluster with an iSCSI storage array. I have
little experience with MSCS or iSCSI so forgive my ignorance, but I was
thinking of some sort of synchronous storage-based replication of iSCSI
devices to a remote DR site. Is this possible?

Any input would be greatly appreciated

As an alternative to MSCS and Geographic clustering, you may want to
consider asyncronous host based replication, such as LifeKeeper for
Exchange from SteelEye Technology. We also have syncronous
replication, but due to latency across WANs, it is almost never
recommended to do syncronous replication because of the negative impact
it will have on the primary server. If you want HA, you can have two
nodes attached to the local iSCSI storage and then replicate to the
third node. This gives you both an HA solution and a DR solution.
