Hi all,

we currently run our whole network on Windows 200 servers (about 15 in all)
and have no problems with it.  We are about to roll out Exchange 2003 into
our environment, however putting a Windows 2003 server incurs massive extra
costs with regards to licensing.

Can anyone tell me what the functionality loss would be if I was to use
MSX2003 installed on a Windows 2000 Server?  Would I lose this functionality
anyway because we are in a Windows 2000 domain?

Thanks in advance guys.
