Any one got a ASP script or any script to create a fancy Address Book for my
intranet site from Exchange 2003.

You want fancy and you want it free... ? :)

Check out Siegfried Weber's Phone List app. I've been able to integrate this
into intranet UIs in the past, works well..

Else check out 3rd-party apps like Imanami Webdir
