When logging into outlook web access in exchange I notice that you have to
use the domain\user syntax to specify your user name and domain.  I am
looking for a way to auto add this feature.  Is there a way to do this so my
lazy users, no longer have to type that?

Which version of Exchange?  If it's OWA 2003, try this:

main-Part2.html

Any earlier version, you will just need to specify the Default Auth
Domain for the Exchange Virtual Directory in IIS Manager.
