Script for importing GroupWise Address books

Does anyone have any knowledge of tools to purchase or scripting to convert
a GroupWise 5.5 Address Book .NAB to a CSV to be imported into Outlook?

I've tried the scripting, but I don't understand the file formatting well
enough to be successful.

Client side changes?
Check out http://www.slipstick.com for tools and such that should fit your
needs.
