can i setup my exchange in LAN?

I need setup my exchange server in my LAN but my e-mail is in another server
(ISP), how i do setup? and how setup my server for that send an received
e-mail from this server.

Here are a couple of options:

A) Get your own domain name, setup your exchange to recieve mail from the
internet
B) Get a program that downloads mail from your ISP's POP server and then
distributes them to your exchange mail boxes. (see www.gfi.com mail
essentials).
