Hello,

Hello,

We have  Windows 2003 domain named abc.com. We have Exchange 2003 Server
with users having address user@abc.com. I want to create a sub domain called
sales.abc.com. Also I want to receive/ send mail from users having address
user@sales.abc.com. How should I approach this and what are the steps? Does
creating an MX for the sub domain helpful in any ways? Do i have make any
changes to reciient policy?

Thanks

By subdomain, you mean a secondary email address / domain?

Remember to make the appropriate DNS changes like MX record.
